Pure Filth

Ok, today has mainly been spent trying to source rubber/latex supplies and equipment, and overall it is hard work! B&Q are absolutely bloody useless!!! Out of a list of, perspex/acrylic/plexiglass, milk latex, rubber cement/glue, rotary cutter, liquid latex, paint brushes and white spirit I only got the white spirit! Fortunately being from Portsmouth I know a specialist diving shop from my days in the Royal Navy and popped in there. Very helpful! Now have specialist rubber glue for seaming the outfits.

Now need to design about 3 outfits for Torture Garden's birthday weekend at the end of April which I am so looking forward to! Inspiration anyone!?

Spoken to my friend David White who is a stylist, check out his blog: http://saintdaveoftherave88.blogspot.com/ and my fellow Torture Garden addict about doing a latex inspired shoot and he's up for it! Now comes the research for garment and outfit ideas. I have found a few things and a couple ideas for the shoot concept but I shall leave that in the capable hands of Dave.

Ok Below is a collection of images for shoot ideas and outfit ideas, although a lot will be restricted to what is physically possible in latex. Love the D&G filthy adverts, everyone loves a bit of gang rape! I am hoping to do panelling, and rubberising some lace but we shall see!!!
Wish me luck
